Antecedentes familiares de salud por parte de madre y por parte de padre, asi como telefonos de interes en cuanto a familiares y otro en cuanto a centros medicos y hospitales. Toma de datos de salud tales como pulsaciones, oxigeno en sangre, nivel de estres y horas de sueño, todo ello acompañado de fecha y hora de la toma de datos. Aun queda mucho mas por mostrar tal como un diario dembarazo a modo de fichas en las cuales se muestra fecha, hora, dia de embarazo, semana de embarazo, peso sintomas como vomitos, nauseas, infecciones y cuales, medicacion y vacunacion, un campo para otros datos y otro para caprichos del embarazo, en la siguiente hoja de esta ficha se muestra liquidos que debe tomar la embarazada, un campo de alimentacion, otro de intolerancia alimenticia y otro de ejercicios. Varias hojas para pegar las fotos de las ecografias acompañadas de la fecha. En cuento al bebe se refiere, otra ficha en la que se pueden recoger datos tales como semana de edad del recien nacido, higiene, posturas al dormir, seguimiento del meconio, medicacion,ejercicios, alimentacion. Tamgien podras planear la habitacion del bebe y hacer un blue print, tambien podras registrar sus primeras fotos y por ultimo pero no menos importante un diario personal de la protagonista…La madre, que es la que lleva el peso y los achaques durante 9 meses. Que lo disfruten y tengan un buen embarazo.
